For nearly six years, I've led brand design and creative strategy at Perion — a publicly traded, global multichannel advertising platform operating across 35 markets — reporting directly to the CMO and building a brand presence that has earned over 50 industry awards. In that time, I've managed an agile team of designers through periods of significant growth and complexity, including M&A transitions and organizational restructuring, all while maintaining brand consistency, production quality, and team morale.
